I am Maria Jose Hernandez. In one of my trips I discovered in Chile (my country of origin) a small factory of handmade candies (in spanish caramelos). Delicious little candies with beautiful details, put me back in to my childhood.

I quickly decided to introduce the Caramelos to Switzerland and learn the ancient craft of the confectioner.
